Unprotected oral sex

Hi doctors
I have a question and it has been bothering me for weeks.
One day I met a girl at a bar and we went to the hotel and we did a lot of deep kissing and we performed unprotected oral sex on each other and we did protected sex. I looked through her whole body and vagina there’s no rash or anything that looks like std  symptoms. After a week I saw a couple red dot on my penis and then a day later it disappeared (btw im not circumcised) so my question is
1. Should I be worry about any STD?
2. Why the red dot and disappeared in a day?

1. Unprotected oral sex has a low risk for std. But yes u need to worry about it.
2. I cannot judge about this coz i didnt see the dot. But i dont think the dot is std related.
