1 month ago I had protected oral and vaginal sex with a csw. I lost my erection so I took off the condom and masterbated myself with lube. One week later I had frequent urination with so stinging at the tip of the penis. Did a full std panel blood and urine came back negative except for hsv1 . Then went to urgent care 11 days post exposure had white blood cells in urine no nitrates they send urine for gonorrhoea and chlaymida testing came back neg I also had some anal discomfort pressure and noticed a tear near my anus perineum and a rash just saw a derm said it was a fissure gave me a fungal anti inflammatory cream do you think my std testing was accurate and does the fissure have anything to do with stds my concern is if I masturbated myself and had any vaginal secretion could I have gotten an std
