Still No Better

It has been almost 5 months from that sexual encounter and I still don't feel better. After taking tons of antibiotic for treating the NGU or NSU I still have the sensation of discharge but the actual fact is non as no stain on my underwear and I try to milk it out but nothing. The symptoms of dizziness, tingling, etc i strongly believe are the side effects of the antibiotic (for example doxycycline) taken previously. It improves when I stop taking the antibiotic.

Now I feel itchiness and discomfort on my penis, in particular the head and it looks dry with all the cracking lines. I have no idea whether is due to fungal infection or other things else. What should i do?

Dear Vance2335,

Do you know is that any gland located inside the urethral meatus?

My GP said the swollen urethral meatus is probably a swollen gland, this is what he thinks. He prescribed me neo-betasone cream for applying twice a day.

At this point you have to go by what the Dr is telling you or see a new Dr for a second opinion.

Thanks for your reply. Perhaps the discharge feeling is mentally caused but not itchiness sensation as it drives you crazy.

In addition, do you experience swelling in urethral meatus? The swollen part is inside my pee hole, on the bottom right near to the meatus. It would be that obvious when my penis in flaccid condition but it becomes noticeable when I m erecting as the pee hole remains open.

I showed the photos to the doctors, they said didn't notice any swelling and keep saying that is the normal anatomy of my penis. But I never had this before only after the sexual encounter.

Any comments?

With no actual discharge I believe the feeling your having is more mental then anything else as the itch could be also.

Every time when I see my Dermatologist, he keeps on prescribing me antibiotic for treating the NSU/NGU. But after taking the medicine i still feel no better and when i told him, he said it is quite common to have reoccurring NGU/NSU. As of today, I m still taking antibiotics for combating the NGU/NSU. But yet I still feel itchy on my penis and having the discharge sensation but actually no discharge at all....Please advise me what to do next...I m at lost
