Still nothing?

After masturbating in the shower last Thursday I noticed a very small cut/abrasion (about 2mm) on the side of my penis. This is the first time I've noticed anything like this since I started this post. Prior to that time I hadn't noticed any pimple or redness at all in the area. (I had been using Dial soap as a lubricant if that's relevant).  It was not painful or sensitive to touch at all.

I watched it closely.  The next day it was considerably smaller, and by Saturday evening (2 days later) it had basically fully healed with no scab.   May have been a bit pink for a day, and now - less than 5days later - is basically invisible.  I have not had any questionable encounters since the one last discussed in late July. Please tell me this is simply another byproduct of my hyper-anxiety and I promise I'll move on. Thanks in advance!

No I don't look at other posts.
Yes the quick nature leads me to believe not a STD.

Thanks for your quick reply Vance. Is the reason for your response that this came and went so quickly?  Did you check out my previous post on the expert forum?

I would have no clue what it is, but highly doubt anything related to a STD.
