Subcutaneous red dots on penis glans

Hi,

I have had a scare with unprotected vaginal and oral sex 3 months ago, one night stand with female on unknown status. All STI's screens have come back clean (3 weeks and 3 months)

However, I have red dots across my entire penis glans when I stretch the skin to examine from time to time. Or sometimes they appear after I have a shower. I do not believe this is there all the time - you would not notice it without stretching the skin of the glans. I pointed this out to my doctor and he told me its not an STI for sure. Since the only thing possible is maybe HPV how can I tell if this is subcutaneous hpv? Is this something the doctor could miss? Would this appear as red dot all over the glans under the skin or be completely invisible to the naked eye? Thanks

I may have found an answer to my own question, from fordycespotsforum

"Small red or purple spots on the penis can appear on the glans, shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. Known as Fordyce spots they may appear in one's or two's but they frequently occur in patches of up to 100. These spots come about as a result of dilated blood vessels. They can look a little unsightly but they are completely harmless. No easy way is known of removing this type of spot."
