Syphilis Testing

I had two NEGATIVE Syphilis tests this year.

First was 8 weeks post exposure.

Second was 14 weeks post exposure.

I had an RPR test done.

I've read these tests could be less accurate in late stages of Syphilis.

Does this mean my RPR results are only good for this year?

What about my exposures 4-5 years ago?

The clinic offers a "T-Palladium Antibody" test.

Should I take that test for more accurate results?

Are you saying it's un-realistic based on my history I would have contracted Syphilis from my prior unprotected sex exposures?

To be more specific. I'm a white heterosexual, non-drug using male from a small suburb in Southern California. 5 of these 6 woman were born and raised in the town where we grew up. According to County Records, our county saw roughly 30 cases of Syphilis in White Males in 2014, so I'm assuming that means it's rare here...

My exposure this year was protected sex with a sex worker. First time I've ever done that.

My exposure 4-5 years ago was unprotected sex with ex-girlfriends. I've had 6 sexual partners. 5 of whom I knew from high school + the 1 CSW this year.

BUT the part I fear is that I never had an STD screening before this year, and I had 2 screenings done. Negative for all STD/HIV except Herpes 1.
