Syphilis awkward results

During last month, after I've donated blood, I've a letter saying that I was positive for syphilis with reaction to IgG. My doctor told me to do some exams and the results where:
- VDRL: non reactive
- TPHA: 1/80
- FTA-ABS: reactive
After some searches I can't sort out what does these results mean. I have already an apointment with my doctor, but I'm a little bit intrigued with these results and I would like to have some insight before the appointment.

Thanks in advance

Hi, it shows that you have antibodies for it meaning an exposure in the past but do not have it now. But the igg could be a false positive  also. When ever a first positive test comes up a second more preciece test is performed to confirm and is negative.
