Itchy situation - 7wks after unprotected sex

Hello and thank you for taking my question. Please let me ask if you know of similar symptoms and what could be the cause? 7 weeks after unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a stranger. I've been having a very intense on and off urge to itch my mustache and nose area or a feeling that something is there. 3 times a pimple has occurred in those areas the past 2 weeks right where it itches. I think they looked normal, but not sure.  Also feel a little rashy / itchy in groin area and penis just doesn't feel normal. Also intense on and off ear ringing maybe 5 weeks or so.  Was tested negative for all stds at 6 weeks. This itchiness is not normal and this situation is effecting my life very negatively. Any feedback is very great fully appreciated... Thank you

Was curious to find out how people feel before initial herpes infection since everyone tells me my on and off  itching around my mouth, nose, eyes, various face, groin and body spots along with occasional headache and ringing ears don't have anything to do with stds. Just a little frustrated and freaked out. Very much appreciate feedback... Thanks so much!

Sounds like guilt to me.  Also, you may want to test for HIV up to 3 months for a conclusive test.

Thank you, I wash with regular soap. I tested negative at 6 weeks for all stds. I know that could be early. Also the intense itching is mainly my mustache and nose area. I've had jock itch many times this is not the same. We're having a baby anytime and I'm so scared something could be passed. Any recommendation other then another test at 12 weeks. Which is after the baby
Thanks so much

most of the time this is a fungal issue aka jock itch.  it also can just be irritation too. what do you wash with?

since you had unprotected sex, did you follow up with full std testing? when to test for what is in the read before posting post on the forum.  6 weeks post encounter testing only covers some bases properly.

Thanks for your response, but I've seen a doctor 3 times. They did full std testing but blew me off about itching. It's not like I'm making it up. No feedback on anything it could be? Thank you

Has nothing to do with a STD, see a Dr.
