Syphilis on tongue

Hello,

Just over a week ago i breifly performed unprotected cunninginus on a CSW.

It was very deep or long, i only used the front of my tongue and only on her clitorus.

Today ive noticed two  raised small bump on either side right at the back of my tongue. They are far back about 3 inches from the tip. They dont hurt.

Could this be syphilis or would the sore appear on the tip, where i was giving the oral from?

Please can you advise.

Hi, to get syphilis she would need to have an active chancre sore and you would need an open tonge sore for the germs to enter. without either would be zero risk. Its also contracted at point of contact so it would be on the tip.
