Syphilis test after 2 years

Hello, 2 years ago I received unprotected oral, and today I took a syphillis test ,my concern is that I have been taking antibiotics for 4 days for a uti that I had , Will the antibiotics in some way interfere or cause false result with my syphilis test ?

Yes, the syphilis test looks for antibodies, so taking an antibiotic for a few days shouldn't affect that.

It could affect a chlamydia or gonorrhea test, which looks for the actual bacteria, but your syphilis test should be fine.

Since taking antibiotics can take a couple of weeks to take  bacterial effect, taking them for only  4 days should not have any affect on the test but getting syhilis from receiveing oral sex is very low risk anyway and since its mostly genital the giver would be more at risk than the receiver.

So if my test is negative will it be conclusive ?
