Syphilis

Dear DR.
First of all, sorry for my english, becouse it is not my main language. I hope that you will understand my questions.
I had a unprotected sex with a women (i am a man). 7 day after explosure i had all std tests. When i went for results, laborotory told me that syphilis VDRL test was not clear and they sent it for confirmation test (TPHA). TPHA come back negative. After this i was worried about false negative and i repeat all std tests day 14, 30, 50 and 75. All was negative. Day 75 for syphilis was with VDRL and FTA-ABS.
But day 42 i had a sore on my penis. It was low peinfull. In 5 days it disapear. When i had the sore i went to hospital but like it was sunday in urgence i see a surgien dr. He examinated the sore and he told me that it is not something with infiction and it can be that i didint wash my hand nice before to toche my penis. But like i said i did VDRL and FTA-ABS test after this. Then day 100 i see an internist. He checked my body and told ne that i have no any std infection. But day 102 i tested again Hiv (4th generation), Vdrl, Fta-abs, Hepatit C, and urin culture. All vas negatif.
My questions are,
1- day 102 tests are 100% conclusive?
2- it can be realy luck that day 7 VDRL was not clear and day 42 i had an ulcere on my penis closer to body part?
3- i need any tests more?

1) Yes
2) Second test are usually accurate. You need to test around the testing period. For syphilis, a month later is preferable. But since you have done it up until 3 months, the result is certain.
3) No
