Syphillis - am I at risk?

Hello,

About 10 days ago I got heavily drunk in Central Europe and had sex with a prostitute. I rubbed my penis on her breast, and then she gave me protected oral sex. After that we had vaginal intercourse. Strangely enough, I don't remember putting a condom while we had vaginal sex (I was heavily drunk), but I don't see I wouldn't have, because 1) I am pretty paranoid regarding these issues and would have remembered not putting a condom, 2) why would she have had sex without a condom? So I will assume with 99,99% certainty that we had sex with a condom.

Two days later I started to feel mind pain when urinating, and a more frequent urge to urinate. My penis was red and itchy. This morning I noticed two small sores on my foreskins. They are very small, like 0,2 mm, round and whitish. They look as some benign local lesion.

Nevertheless I feel very anxious  about having caught some kind of STD. I have ruled out chlamydia, gonorrhea, etc. as it is extremely unlikely considering the exposure. But what about syphilis? Should I be worried? Looking at online pictures syphilis sores look much bigger than what I have, but I have only come across what seem to be later stages of primary syphilis sores. I read that syphilis is extremely contagious and can be transmitted even with condom, through skin to skin contact. I even read that sores can be located on women's breasts. As described above, during my encounter with the prostitute I energetically rubbed my penis on her breast. Could I have been contaminated this way? Also I remembered touching her vagina before vaginal intercourse, and masturbating after the intercourse. Could it be possible  that I caught syphilis on my hands and spread it on my penis?

I am extremely worried as I am in a relationship and would hate to infect my partner. We already had unprotected sex since this encounter.

Thanks for your precious advice.

Hi firstly protected oral sex is zero risk and protected vaginal is low risk for herpes and syphilis but no std shows symptoms in 2 days but takes about a week and with syphilis, chancres most often develop about a 3 weeks to a month later not 10 days but since your in a relationship test for syphilis and herpes for her protection. syphilis at 6 weeks and herpes at 3 months post exposure.

Thanks for your reply, much appreciated!

After a lot of reading and browsing literally hundreds of syphilis photos I am pretty sure what I have has nothing to do with syphilis. It looks more like a small cut, as though I had scratched my foreskin too hard (I did scratch it a lot a couple of days before I noticed the sore).

The sore itself looks better than yesterday, in any case it hasn't got bigger. It looks like it is healing. There is a thin layer of moist on top of it, as it happens with skin cuts anywhere else on the body. The skin around the sore is red, but less red than yesterday. Also less swollen.

I will monitor it closely and keep you updated! Thanks for your help!
