stop poking and prodding in your mouth!!!  really, unless it hurts, don't bother checking it out at this point. it just adds to your anxiety needlessly.

Thanks for your answer.

Is clear I won't get it off my mind so easy, so a test will be probably the best way. I am already start to investigate my mouth and discovered a red stain on the gum, but is probably a regular inflammation because it doesn't look at all with the pictures from Google. But human mind is capable to create a very deformed reality and imagine things which in reality almost never happen.

So, still 3 weeks to wait and wil be finished.  :)

no, ,you need to wait at least 6 weeks for syphilis testing if you can't get it off your mind.

I will go and visit a doctor for my peace of mind. I also will make some blood tests. Do you think a test like RPR can react after 21 days?

bottom line is, if you are concerned about oral symptoms, you need to be seen and follow up on them properly. we can only guess here online and nothing replaces being seen by a medical professional for a proper exam.

you can get std's from oral sex but the risk of such is very low in general.

I do not say you are not right. But possible risk associated with guilt can conduct to paranoia. Probably the risk is so small is not even mentioned by official charts.  See this link:

Hello

I wouldn't worry about a syphilis infection from your exposure.

Re-read what Vance said.

My problem is this... probably paranoia. I performed cunnilingus on a girl with unknown status and I keep continue searching for possible primary chancre in my mouth. I also read only ocassional it can occur inside the mouth, but there is no reason provided for this.
