red bumps? please help!

Friday and Saturday me and my partner had sex about 4 times and it was lengthy and intense. Saturday night I was getting oral and I told her to stop that it hurt, well Sunday morning my foreskin was swollen and there was a bunch of little red dots on the foreskin and the head of my penis. I figure it was too soon for it to be an STI. I've been worried to death about this. I have read up on it and it seems that it could be burst capillaries, Balantis?, or a case of Thrush... I'm not sure since I havent gotten an opinion from a MD about it. I can take some pictures of the bumps...It seems to be getting better but they're still there, and the head of my penis is still sore. What do I do? Any idea's ? Too much sex?

I tried to take pictures and they're too small to make out on the head, they're really tiny, red bumps.

Yes, you still need to see a doctor.  There aren't any other suggestions beyond that.  I gave you several different possibilities, and we can't diagnose you - only a doctor can, and you need to see your doctor or go to a clinic.

You need to see a doctor.  We don't look at pictures, and it could be balanitis, thrush, herpes (though that's doubtful), etc.
