could this be an std???!?! pls help!!

Hi I'm 14 and I've been having problems for the past six weeks a while before that i masturbated in a girls panties. shortly after i had testicle pain and the pain in the head of my penis.then there came the sore throat and coughing and i went to the doctor like three times and  racked up a bill of over 2000 dollars so my parents don't really belive me anymore. but then i had to pee ALL the time and anal itching.. the last time i went the doctor they tested me for mono so they took blood. I didn't have that. she said my white and red blood count was perfect they also took strep tests and the first one was positive and the rest were negative. the last time i went they gave me cindamycne 200mg that kinda got rid of the sore throat. there's no discharge as of yet but i don't know what else to .o so pls respond PLS.thank you

Stranger things have happened, but I'm pretty sure it's nigh impossible to get an STD from the action you describe.  Are you sure that's all that happened?

Sorry, I can't possibly comment on the symptoms, but surely the doc would have checked for STDs even if you didn't fess up to the action?  I bet they tested you & you're clean (in that regard) (again, don't take my word for it).
