Thai massage parlor STD risk

Hello, I have recently visited a thai massage parlor and did a traditional thai massage with no oil. I was brought into the room and I had my t-shirt on as well as my briefs underwear on and a short running pants given by the lady (not sure if it is clean). She had her cloth on as well as her tight fitting pants/leggings. I was made to lay on my stomach face down first. She started off with massaging my feet and up to my thigh then buttocks. At one point, she was using her elbow to massage my back while her knees(still with pants) where in between my bottom gyrating and I ejaculated a little in my underwear. She was also on top of my buttock(pants on) but I can still feel the warm from her below. I was then asked to turn around and she started massaging my feet and up to my thigh again. I was feeling a little uncomfortable at that point so I requested her to stop the area slightly beneath the short pants. She then asked if I wanted "extra" which I refused. She went out to the toilet for 5 minutes and came back to massage my head and shoulder and finished off with stretching my back again. There were no handjob, BJ, oral, anal or any intercourse or genital to genital or body to body involved. Just hands, forearms, elbows and feet to step on me. Cloth on all the time.

I am really worried that since she offered the extra, her limbs might be contracted of STD diseases, herpes, HPV and etc. Worse HIV? How about the short pants she provided? I am pretty sure it was being worn by a lot of clients. The light was dim so I cant see any lesions or cuts on her hands. How about skin to skin contact?

Please advise as the anxiety is killing me. This will be my first and last.

Thank you.

Hello,

You were clothed the entire time. You had no risk for anything at all 0% . To contract an std you must have had sexual contact , and you didn't .
