Tingling feeling & itching tip of the urethra
had a protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex. few days after that got a tingling sensation on tip of my penis. later it developed to frequent urination & needle pinching like pain inside urethra that comes and goes very quickly and also abdominal pain that comes and goes. this incident happened to me 2 years ago. i still have mild tingling sensation ( not always ) and random mild abdominal pain as well. i Had Blood tests / Urine tests / Urethral Swabs many times over 2 years but all came back negative. should i be worried about this ?
