Tingling sensation on penis

Hi I'm an 18 year old male and I recently found out thag I have chlamydia. I've taken my antibiotics and all my symptoms have gone away (painful urination, urethra pain, etc). Once the symptoms disappeared I started to experience a tingle on my foreskin but it only occurs while I'm wearing underwear/pants but when I don't have them on there's no tingle. Its only been happening for about three days now but I'm still worried that its something else. I don't have a rash or anything on my penis but I'm still worried and also when I awake from sleep the tingle goes away for a short while but then it eventually comes back. Help please, I try to stay off Google but when I looked up my symptoms herpes popped up, could that really be a possibility?

Did you get a feeling of bugs crawling around your genital region after you took antibiotics? Or did you not feel anything?

I had NGU from oral sex from a stripper. Once I started antibiotics I had a feeling when I urinated I could feel the urine flowing thru the penis tip. It felt bug like if you will.

Doctor did a visual on mine. I'm sure they can culture and grow to see what it is. It took me 3 months to clear it. I still have it every so often. It comes and goes. Over the counter stuff didn't help me much it just stoped me from progressing. Nystatin is what really worked for me. They also proscribed hydrocortisone with my cream the first time but I'd advise you not to use a steroid cream on your penis. And if you do anyways use the smallest amount possible and not for long. It made my skin thin

Also there are tiny red bumps on the foreskin next to the head of my penis that aren't pus filled or anything is that still a sign of balanitis?

Tingle could also be related to the beginning of balantis. You took antibiotics and sometimes this can let yeast take hold. I had balantis from that and it started as a tingle I was sure was hsv

I thought balantis could only happen to uncircumsized males?
