Tiny pee size ball near the tip of my head of my penis in or right next to urethra
23 years old. I received oral from a girl who I don't know her intimate history, after protection was used. I have noticed a bb size ball except near the tip of my penis inside urethra, or so it feels like it is. Noticed slight irritation when urinating. Also my urine has had a somewhat foul smell. A little itchy at the very tip at times but that has gone away. No noticeable discharge. Ejaculation has been fine. I'd say I first noticed the bb roughly a week ago. I will be going to get tested for any stds just in case but I wanted to see if anyone might have any ideas as to what it could be?
If condon was used through the entire oral sex act. I highly doubt it would be signs of an std from this encounter the condom would have provided an adequate barrier for the tip of your penis.

Right. We did not use a condom for oral but after when we had sex.
