Tiny red dots on penis head .

Hi , I am 30 uncircumcised bi-male sexually active , an average encounter once ever 2 months. No penetrative sex so far always practised frottage and other activities protected most of the time. However recently I have noticed 3-4 small red dots on my penis head which worries me thinking its an STD . What that could be ?
Last encounter I had was a month or 2 back again protected frottage with slight penetration .
