STD/HIV Worry

I am a Male. 32 Days ago I visited a Massage Parlour while on a trip to a developed European Country. I received unprotected oral sex for no more than a couple of minutes and protected vaginal intercourse that was also very brief. Two weeks after the incident I visited a sexual Health Clinic where I received negative results from both a urine test and blood test. Although I was advised to go back to he clinic 3 months after the incident to get another blood test.

My question is: The the last couple of weeks I have been slightly unwell and I'm not sure if this is a sign of an STD or HIV? I have been going out of my mind with worry and would be very grateful for anyone's opinions and advice.

My symptoms have been -

1. Head aches and dizziness at 21 - 22 days after contact
2. Fever of 37.5C/99.5F at 23 days after contact. This only lasted a few hours in the evening and I was fine the following morning
3. Mild case of Diarrhoea at 24 days after which didn't last more than a day
4. Slight sore throat from 25 - 32 days after, mouth has been very dry also
5. Slight Stiff neck from 25 - 32 days after, although I have been poking it and feeling for lymph nodes which may have caused me discomfort
6. I have also noticed a slight rash across my chest from day 31- 32 after.

I have read that these symptoms are signs of HIV and other potential STD's. Based on the timescales and the symptoms mentioned do you think it's possible that I may have caught something or am I over reacting and letting anxiety and worry get the better of me?

A quick reply would be very much appreciated.

Kind Regards

It is definitely possible for anxiety to fool you.

I am pretty sure that if you got a fourth-generation/duo hiv test that looks for antibodies and p-24 after 28 days it's conclusive.

Thank you for the quick reply Vance, I will post into the HIV forum too. Is there a possibility that anxiety and over worrying may be making me feel unwell too?

Low risk STD encounter, I would not worry and symptoms are no relation to a STD.
HIV questions post in that forum.
