If you had a chancre on your finger, you'd notice it.

But syphilis testing is really easy.  I don't know if you've ever had sex before or after this, but if you have, why not just go get a blood test and find out?

sorry, i meant the picture of the syphilis chancre on the guy's finger, in wikipedia, looked really huge and it would be hard to not notice something like that

thanks for replying! to my understanding, chancres only appear within the period of primary syphilis, which means the chancres would have most likely healed even if she has syphilis.

the picture of a syphilis chancre, on wikipedia, looked very big and obvious.

sorry, i just get a little scared now and then. the girl i mention is a hooker in bangkok whom i met about a year ago, thats why i freaked out occasionally. i did went to test for hiv and it was negative.

oh yeah, and how long would it be considered latent stage of syphilis?

it is possible but you have to come into direct contact with a syphilis sore. not common and not common in women. and even if you did the chance is still low.
