UTI ?

Hello Community,
I recently had a new girlfriend and she gave me chlamydia.  This was treated about a 2 months ago.  I tested again a week later and was negative.  For the past 3 days I have experienced a burning sensation before I urinate but while urinating it is normal. I also have a warm feeling at the tip of my urethra. Last night and today my left testicle has been hurting.  My urine was cloudy a few times but has been returned to normal after drinking plenty of fluids.  Could this be a uti infection?  or does it sound like possibly another std ? Could another std lay dormant for almost 2 months ? It can't be gonorrhea because I tested for that too.  Thank you.

I did have a follow up.  A week later after chlamdyia was treated. It was negative. I am trying home remedies for uti.  I hope it helps.  My insurance just ran out at 2014 : (  so I can't make an appointment with my doctor.

Hi, 2 months a long time for this to be related as the one std that does lie dorment is chlamdyia which you were treated for. Gono does not. Burning sensation before you urinate could mean you have an infection before your urethra like you bladder a the urine is starting its trip out as urethra infection would burn while your urinating. Since you were infected with an std, do have another follow up with your doc about this.
