Unexplained

I am a 25 year old male. I am uncircumsised. I had unprotected sex with a friend a few months ago. After a few days i developed diarrhea as wll as having a burnig sensation while urinating. this lasted about a week. after that the burning sensation and diarrhea dissappeared.

I then had this red rash on my penis glans. It consisted of many small little bumps (the bumps were only visible when my penis was erect). I wish i could explain better how it looked but it is basically just a rash. It does not itch, nor does it burn anymore when i urinate. This rash has been there for 4 months. (I cannot go to a doc due to the nature of my work. simply getting tested could cost me to lose my job as i work in a foreign country)

In those four months i have been on zithromax for 7 days ( 1000mg per day) and i have been using hydrocortisone cream so i am sure its not chlamydia or ghonorrea.

my major concern is that I have now noticed that, after being gone for a few weeks, the rash has reappeard in the form of small white headed bumps (no larger than 1mm, most are smaller) on my penis glans. they are painless and do not form ulcers. They simply appear and then a few days later dissappear.

Could this be another STD or is it balanitis or dermatitis? I am at a loss and this is driving me insane. any advice would help.

As a side note, the girl I had sex with is now in a long term relationship and said that both she and her partner got tested before having sex. She said all her test (STD and HIV) were negative. I have only been tested for HIV since and I am negative. SHe has also not presented any symptoms.

any advice?

Hi Man

I am not worried about HIV. i got tested for it (because of work) and it was negative. the problem is the STD thing. Even though they didnt test for it, if you do and they find out (which they will) you lose your permit.
The rash has disappeared and now it is more blotchy redness (very faint redness) than anything. This is crazy. But it is 2 months until I go back to my home country for a visit. I might have to wait till then. but thanks for the replies.

See a Dr. Unable to diagnosis you on the internet. Bumps can be many things often not a STD, and if you believe that girl then you have no reason to think it is a STD.
