Unprotected Oral Sex & STDs

I know there has been many questions about this but I guess different situations face different risks. Here's mine:

A week ago I received unprotected oral sex (fellatio with no ejaculation) from a woman who I later gave unprotected oral sex (cunillingus). During this same opportunity I fingered the woman. There was no vaginal or anal sex whatsoever.

After some days my testicles and groin turned red. I am not sure if this is related to the felatio.

I don't know if this person has STDs.

Can I get HIV from either receiving a fellatio or giving cunnilingus?
Are red testicles a symptom of an STD?
Should I get tested for HIV?

Thanks

No, there isn't.

Thanks... and how about kissing after oral sex was performed? Is there a risk of HIV infection?

Lots of resources on this site about what you can and can't catch through oral sex. But in summary:

1) It is theoretically possible, but extremely unlikely
2) I'd like this to be backed up by an expert - but I'm going to say no. Epididymitis can be a symptom of some STDs, but this results in very significant pain - not a red colour of the testes.
3) No, your risk is negligible
