Unprotected oral bump on penis

I am man and about 2 weeks ago received an unprotected very brief  blow job from another man. A few days ago I felt irritation on my penis so I looked and there was a small flesh colored bump on the head. I should also note that early in the week I had numerous insect bites around my hips an close to pubic area after spending time outdoors. This bump on my penis looked like a possible bite but no pain of itch. I did notice a bit of tingling. The next day I squeezed a little, I know I shouldn't have, and a tiny dot of clear fluid came out. Today the bump is still there but looks less raises and there is a slight crust/scan where the fluid was. I should also not I can only see this detail with magnification. My question is can this be a chancre?  It looks nothing like an ulcer like you see on line. What are that chances of this being related to the oral. Or perhaps it's a molluscum?  I am probably being overly paranoid but I am a bit scared.

Hi. I'm not a medical professional but I have read countless postings and done tons of research on everything sexually transmitted as i tend to be rather paranoid about such things.  From what i've read, molluscum is not transmitted by oral sex and does not cause a bump that oozes or produce a clear liquid.  In fact, the molluscum virus causes a raised papule with a rather pink ring around it and a white center (similar to the color of cottage cheese).  Furthermore, from what i've read, strictly from the experts and contributors to this site, oral sex, especially the receipt of, poses very little risk to the recipient. In fact, oral sex is a very inefficient way to transmit stds, in general.  As for syphilis,  syphilis is a flat, painless chancre which looks kind of depressed in the center with a definitive edge.  From what the experts have said, contracting this too is low risk and most people don't have syphilis in the mouth.  I hope i've helped.

Thanks for you help. I am trying not to worry. Like I said it doesn't look like photos I see on line. The closest thing is a cyst. Sometimes it looks smaller and sometimes more pronounced. I am curious if during my recent vacation wearing a bathing suit all day seemed to irritate me. Perhaps that caused this.
