Unprotected oral from prostitue

Hey everyone
I recently had unprotected oral sex with a prositute. It was a prostitute I found on backpage. A couple weeks later I started experiencing groin discomfort and testicle discomfort. Nothing agonizing but certainly uncomfortable. I was prescribed doxycycline by my doctor 100mg twice a day for a week. After that was taken I am still feeling discomfort. What could I be looking at and how serious is this issue? Am I at risk for HIV? I’m very concerned not only for myself but for my fiancé. This was a stupid decision, like most encounters with prostitutes, but I love my fiancé and I don’t want anything to happen to her. Please respond with any input, advice, or knowledge of this situation.
Thank you

Hi what your mentioning is not a std symptom but since your have a fiance test for Gono, herpes and syphilis for her protection. You were exposed to these which in tern would make her exposed.

I’ve been going online and searching what my symptoms could mean and I keep coming across epididymitis. I forgot to mention that my testicles are slightly swollen, at least they feel a little swollen to me. Any thoughts?
in most cases the infection starts in your penis and then travels to the epi so i would rule that out but ask a doc when you do the tests.
