Recently had unprotected oral sex for 2mins and protected sex with cheap sex worker who doesn't use protection .... since then had really bad diarreah and frequent urge to wee. What's my chances I have caught anything will be going for test first thing tomorrow ..also if o did catch anything what is my chances of passing to my wife if we had protected sex twice since my encounter ? Would I need to inform her if I indeed did have std thanks for your help very worried person

You would have had a white puss penis discharge or itching inside your urethra after about 6 days if you got ngu from the oral

Swab from urethra when checked under microscope come back negative and she said no problems there ... said wait until urine results come back .whats the likelihood of no obvious symptoms and negative urethra test that would still have gon or ngu thanks

The risk would be from the unprotected oral as it can form in the back of her throat. Im not sure weather informing her is the best approach to save your marriage. Maybe test first since its very low risk activity.

Hi your exposure was to Gonoreah, Syphilis and Herpes but without a white puss penis discharge, none of what you mention are symptoms of any std and for your wifes protection test for these at the correct window period as below for her protection:
1. Gono 7 days
2. syphilis---6 weeks
3. Herpes----3 months
