Unprotected sex with a prostitute

Hello,

I have a very specific case I want to ask about. I have an appointment with my doctor on wednesday, but I still want to ask.

On 4th of September I had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker in luxurious sex hotel/resort in Austria (The name is Wellcum). Five days after that I started urinating more frequently and I felt slight itching on the foreskin. However, I had been on schedule to start Lyme disease treatment (Benemicin/rifampicine150mg and Minocycline 50mg - twice daily for both), and as I did not put any thought to an STD, I started the treatment. Some kind of yeast infection/thrush appeared on head of penis and foreskin few days later and went away only after I started applying canesten on the area. A week later my testicles started to hurt a bit. I stopped taking the medication 8 days ago, as I was in a bad psychological shape and could not eat. Both got better since.

However, my testicles still hurt, I still have to pee frequently, and I feel slight tension in my prostate. Sometimes I have to take pain medication.

I am afraid of gonorhea. I think I had/have no discharge. I am afraid of complications such as infertility or DGI. How soon can I be tested?

Also, after the incident, I had sex with my girlfriend four times. We started urinating frequently on the same day. She has been tested recently, all negative. However, her doctor said that my tests might not be reliable for another 6 months after my strong treatment.

For clarification, I was diagnosed with higher markers of the Lyme Disease in blood, but I had no problems, the treatment was supposed to be preventative.

Right now I am dying with anxiety.

Thanks. But I am worried about the antibiotics. I know the incubation periods of STDs, but since I stopped the Lyme diesease medication 9 days ago, when will my tests be conclusive after this treatment? I am still having symptoms, which are worsening.
