Urethral Irritation

Background: 1 month ago received/gave unprotected oral sex and gave/received protected anal sex.  Due to paranoia, went to Dr and without testing, was treated for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Trich, and Syphilis.  OUCH on the Syphilis and Gonorrhea shots!

Drugs taken:
Week 1 -
Zithromax 1 gm single dose (for chlamydia)
Rocephin 250 mg inj (for gonorrhea)

Week 2 -
Zithromax 1g single dose (for clamydia - just in case)
Flagyl (for Trich)
Bicillin L-A 2ml each hip  (for Syphilis)

Symptoms were sore throat and eventually and mouth sores.  The day after taking the week 1 treatments, the inside of penis near the tip (urethra opening?) started to tingle and sting a little.  No pain when urinating, nor any discharge as far as I could see).  The pain went away for a couple of days after week 2 treatments, but came back 4 days later.  Again, a constant mild discomfort.  I am trying not to inspect anything, but when I spread the opening of my penis head, there is a mild pain as the opening parts, and the two sides of the opening are sticking together.  The urethra is a little red, but that's not what hurts, it hurts more at the very top of the inside opening on the inside of the two sides (if that makes sense).  My dr. said that with all of my treatment, I am cured of everything listed above and he doesn't know what else to treat me for other than a yeast infection and fungal infection.

Does anyone else have this?  Any thoughts?

I've also started running quite a bit over the last couple of months and wondering if this has something to do with my symptoms, though I don't have any chafing anywhere else.
