Urethritis after treatment?

After being treated with an injection of ceftriaxone and 1g azithromycin orally for gonorrhea, is there a chance I could still get urethritis after the gonorrhea has cleared up? I've been experiencing some lower back pains which went away, and that burning sensation after urinating (not during) which now has almost subsided.

I had to ask here as its hard to reach a decent clinic/hospital at where I live.

Initially gonorrhea which I got treated for. I did a urinalysis later and it came back normal except the leukocytes level was +1 but the doctor neglected it saying its too insignificant.
