VDRL, TPHA, FTA, syphylis (results tests)

Hi,  I'm 24 years old. I have syphilis. The doctor prescribed me doxycycline (100mg twice a day for 15 days). Before treatment I made blood tests:  This is results (Before treatment):
VDRL 1/2
FTA 1/450
TPHA 1/5120
FTA-ABS positive

PS: I don't remember any symptoms. And I finish taking doxycycline.  Befor I don't I treated previously for syphilis

1. What stage of syphylis is?
2. What does it mean high value TPHA 1/5120 and another low?
3. Whether the treatment (doxycycline for 15 days) will be effective in this case?

Hi, when a person is diagnsosed with shpilis they have a second test to confirm its current. The test you took apparently only finds antibodies indicating you were exposed TPHA will remain positive all your life. I would suggest talking to you doctor about this.
