VDRL Test Conclusive ?

Dear forum members,
I had an exposure on April 9.
I took RPR VDRL test at 65 days due to some ulcer inside penis tip.
The test came back as non reactive. But during that test period I was taking Norflox and Pyridine. Some websites told these antibiotics can mask VDRL test.
So I again took a test at 99 days and it was non reactive. I stopped those above antibiotics 8 days before the test.
Can I be conclusive that I don't have Syphilis
Kindly help me.

Hi sorry for dragging the post . I got one small pimple like boil in my palm two days back but it's becoming very minute. Also got some ulcer in tongue and some throat pain. I had some light ulcer like in penis tip. All the above are healing though.
Suddenly I'm feeling anxious regarding syphilis
1)Is these symptoms of syphilis
2) Will my test after 99 days be false negative

Sorry for making it lengthy. Kindly help. This would be the last comment
