Vaginal Bumpd

About three days ago the next morning after having abnormally rough sex, I noticed that my vaginal area was very sore, almost like it was bruised.  The next day I checked and found that I had large red bumps on the skin around my vagina.  There is no head to the bumps like pimples, they are just firm bumps under the skin.  They do not itch or burn, just hurt like bruises when pressure is applied.  
The bumps have started to fade, but my boyfriend is very concerned.  I have been tested for gnorrea anc chlamidia already.  I have not had unprotected sex in more than a year, or sex with anyone except for my already std tested booyfriend in about 8 months.  After having sex the last time with someone else I had one similar bump to what I have now right at the entry to my vagina.  Last time there was only one, and this time there are about 5.  
Are these just bllisters from rough sex?  Foliculitis?  Ingrown hairs?  Or should I be worried?

i have the same bumps on the outside skin it is not around my vagina they almost seem like pimples and sometimes they will pop i have been tested for herpes in the past and it was negative  it is really annoying

I'd get it checked.  It could be folliculitis, or irritation, but it could also be herpes.  Ask your doctor to culture the sores, and get a type specific IgG herpes blood test.

Your bf should also get the same blood test.
