Frottage Risk & Bodily Fluids (Chlamydia/Gono?)

Back in January I met up with another man. We frotted and made out. Now, I know that kissing isn't a way to transmit HIV. There was no oral or anal, except that he tried to push in the tip of his penis in and I didn't let him, same way when he was on top of me, I wouldn't let him come down--even though it felt like it was pushing in, but it didn't. We gave each other mutual hand jobs but here's the thing, he had his cum on his hand when he touched my penis and then later on ejaculated on my penis head when we were in the shower and again on the bed. I was masturbating as this happened, but afterwards I quickly cleaned my penis.

It's been 5 months and so far no symptoms of chlamydia and gono, and I plan to get tested. I read that the foreskin and glans are mucous membranes and wondered if the body fluids exchanged that day put me at risk of this.

What are the risks from such exposure, and in general for naked frottage?

That's a relief. But could you elaborate onto how it can't be transmitted that way? (HIV i know needs direct blood transmission, but the other two?)
