Very scared please help

Had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex about 5 weeks ago.  Went and got tested right at 2 weeks and everything came back negative.

About 2 weeks ago I played golf on a hot day and noticed that night my
scrotum and  around anus was red.  Figured it was heat rash.  Next morning still little red so I put hand lotion alll over my scrotum.

Since the. It has not gone away.  Have been to urgent care he said fungal and gave me cream , used that for 4 days and did not get better.  Went and saw Derm, he said yeast infection and I have been on Floconazale 100mg for 5 days and Nystatin for 5 days.  No improvement.

For past ( days I have been on Internet reading about STDS .  I have convinced myself I have chlymidia.  Here is what is going on.
-Red scrotum
-slight back pain
-Now noticing after I pee I have dribbles of urine (could this be dishcharge)
-Testicles have hurt until Dermatolgist told me to wear boxers, now my left testicle is aching off and on.

No fever or chills, no aching besides little back pain off and on..

My questions, anyone seen these symptoms for chlymidia or any other std?

What doses chlymidia discharge looki like? Could of be mistaken for urine drips?

Can't sleep or eat, this red scrotum and fear of are is driving me to depression..

You didn't get chlamydia from your exposure. Your dribbles are not discharge. If you had discharge you would not mistake it for something else. Believe your Dr's. Keep that area dry. I work in the heat and get the exact same thing once in awhile. Also try just using water on that area while in the shower. No soap for a few days. Part of the problem is when areas like this get irritated we tend to think it's from not being clean. Then we over clean stripping essential oils and damaging the skin making matters worse. It's not an std.
