WBC high in urine

Is it possible to show high WBC count but to have no infection?   Gonorrhea swab and blood test for Chlamidia are negative.
I had unprotected oral sex with  a woman, then vaginal sex with condom.   four days later discomfort in the urethra.
I was prescribe Zithromycin,  WBC count remained high.  Took Doxyycline for one week,  WBC still high.  Just completing a second week of Doxy plus Floxicillan .
If tests are still high should I try another antibiotic ?

not really, those antibiotics should have done the trick.

Thanks for your time on this.
The swab and blood tests showed nothing amiss.  When the urine test showed high WBC count the doctor said it was NSU.   Does that change y our view at all?

Thank you very much for your reply
All medication was in fact prescribed.  I often suffer urethral irritation which clears in time but this time it has been more severe and very slight discharge at the beginning prompted the tests

Your question, "is she likely to be at risk..." at risk from what? you don't have a diagnosis so we can't say if there is a risk for anything. but from the above encounter you had a low risk and your tests shows you didn't get gonorrrhea.

you should not self medicate. if your test were negitive for std then you have nothing to worry about and can continue with your regular partner.

WBC can be high if you have too much protein in your urine it doesn't mean you have an STD you need to do as vance recommended and follow up with your doctor.

You can't get chlamydia from oral and your testing for gono was negitive.

I have unprotected sex with my regular girlfriend who I'll be with next week.  Is she likely to be at risk from me after the three different antibiotic courses I have taken ( Zithro., Doxy., Floxicillan ) over the past two weeks?

Thank you so much
