Wet smelly anus, mild chills and frequent urge to pee

I had a rather risky sexual encounter 5 days ago. On day 3, I felt I had an urge to pee frequently but no pain. Felt like penis tip is always wet and kind of smelly, but no thick discharge. It could’ve been urine. Day 4 I have mild chills and weakness in the day time. On day 5 I had kind of liquify bowel movement and Anu’s felt wet all day. The wetness is smelly and could be diarrhoeal fecal matter. Anus burns like when you eat spicy food. Over these days I’ve had raw fish that had never had before. A lot of alcohol and cigarettes and was out in the cold for a long time. I’m not sure if these symptoms indicate an std or normal diarrhoea/flu. The sex was protected and vaginal and only lasted a couple of minutes. The only risk of stds is if the vaginal fluid reached the penis tip while removing it. Please help me understand if these early symptoms suggest a serious std like herpes or hpv or a normal yeast infection or just diarrhoea. Thanks a lot. I’ve been quite anxious for the last 5 days.
