What STDs Should I Get Tested For

I've done some really stupid and super irresponsible things this weekend. First I had an unprotected one night stand with a random 19 year old girl I met at a club (Fri/Sat). Then, on Sun after I had hit the gym, some young guy from the Internet convinced me to go try a circle jerk in a sauna. I had never done anything like that before, but I was kind of curious and super horny from the workout so I went, thinking I'd just relax if I wasn't into it. I thought it would be just hands but I seemed to have really caught the eye of two boys from there who started giving me head simultaneously without warning. I didn't really like that at all, and I backed out after about 10 seconds of total shock to take a shower (I tried to clean myself well, but just with water). Now I'm really worried I might have caught something. Some Internet articles suggest that the risk of receiving oral is quite low, but I'm kind of worried about what they might have had in their mouths before me. There were three boys there apart from me so each might have given head to two other guys at worst. I don't know. What should I do? Should I get tested for something? I'm 25, in Central Europe, and apart from the fact that I've been recovering from a head injury for the last 6 months, I'm healthy.

I would worry more about the unprotected sex then the 10 seconds of oral.

Overall the risk is low.

Thanks. I asked a friend who's a doctor and he gave me pretty much the same answer. Namely that my risk of me catching anything from the BJ is absolutely negligible and that from the girl I could've caught anything but most things should be easy to cure except for HIV, which he says doesn't transfer that easily.
