What are the chances of contracting STD from receiving unprotected oral?

Hi, very low risk activity with the oral and if you did not get an white puss penis discharge or shaft blisters about 1 week or 2 later you can pretty much rule out the 2 more popular stds like gono and herpes, same with syphilis. the masturbation was zero risk. and yes the tingling could be from to much masturbation. test only if you have a long term partner
