What can it be, this is driving me crazy..

Thank you all for any help and taking the time to read this.I will try to be as short as possible but story is kind of long. Back in October of 2016 I was unfaithful to my wife with a unknown female at a massage parlor I have never done this kind of thing but while away from home at a work function I had a bit much to drink, one of my coworkers wanted to go here and so we did. The female walked in with an open condom on hand and went to put it on me in the heat of the moment I don't check to see if the condom had any holes I just looked at it and made sure it was on all the way. The act went on for about 3 to 5 minutes before I ejaculate, I them got up and grabbed a tissue to remove the condom she them took it and left the room. I went back to my hotel room and washed vigorously. This happen on a Friday night, Monday morning I started to have uncontrollable stomach gurgling with stomach pain, at this point my anxiety is through the roof thinking I have contacted something at this point my stool went from normal to a tarry black look this lasted for about a week, it then started to form back but the same as before, it now has a grainy texture and pencil thin. One week after the possible exposure I went to my doctor and had him do full std test all came back negative but he gave me a shot of antibiotics just in case. My stomach issues continue at this point with gurgling and pain during this time I felt like I had a cloud over my head not able to concentrate and due my duties at work or home. At about a month after this I came down with what felt like an upper respiratory infection, supper tight chest and felt like crap this also came with night sweats, sore throat, super dry mouth,it also felt like I had an ear infection  and a dull sharp pain on my shoulders that would travel to my fingers and toes it all lasted for about a month before it started to get better. I developed twitching thought out my body but it started at my face on my lip and left eyebrow. I then again went for a full STD and HIV test and all came back negative doctor said to come back at the three month marl to retest, when I mention my simptoms he didn't have an answer and said it could be some sort of peripheral neropathy and prescribed me with something to suppress my imune system. My stomach pains got better but continue very mild the pains all over continue and now my middle toes and fingers on my right side went numb as well as a severe stiff neck and shoulder pain. I want back at the 3 month mark for further testing and all came back negative the pain got better but did not complete go away. I want back for more testing at 9 months all test came back negative. At this point I am at a complete loss I have this things going on with my body and no answer on what it can be. It is now aver a year since it all happen and the pains have come back strong like in the beginning. I m extremely concerned I have cought something I can not get rid off and that I could have have given it to my wife and kids. Any help would be gladly appreciated.

One thing I forgot to mention is that that my wife was had all of the same symptoms as me along with a lump on her right armpit, I am really freaking out here. Any help on what I should be asking my doctor to look for thank again

I have had my last test was done at 9 months after the incident. it came came back negative for all STD and HIV. Not sure if it's all in my head but I have always been a strong healthy guy with no issues. This is really weird since I Waited the needed time and nothing. Could this be something else that takes longer to detect or can it be an STD that so how is not caught. Thank you for your response

If after 9 months, you got negative results for all those stds, it means there is no std you should be worried about.

If the condom had broken, the lady would have realized and at the same time I must tell you that invisible holes in condoms are a myth. If a condom breaks, it's easy to see, because it bursts like a balloon.

The sex was protected, which means that was safe. So, maybe your symptoms are more because of your anxiety.

As you tested quite a short time after the exposure, your tests were not accurate. Even if it's just for your mental peace (as there is no reason to test because the sex was protected), it would be interesting to test again:

-HIV after 28 days if you go for a duo combo ag/ab test, or 90 days if you go for an antibody test.
-Chlamydia and gonorrhea after 3 weeks.
-Syphilis after 6 weeks and it will be negative, so it will be interesting to test again after 3 months, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.
-Herpes, after three months.

But all those test are going to be NEGATIVE.
