What can this be?

Hi about 5 months ago I had an encounter with a unknown female. We did not have sex or oral sex. But she rubbed her vagina for a few seconds then rubbed my penis shortly after for a few seconds. A few hours after this I noticed redness on the tip of my penis. A few red dots appeared then went a few days later. Then a few months later they appeared again then once again went away. My penis now sometimes has redness and dry cracked lines with what looks likes some bumpiness. I've had it looked at a few times and the doctors said it was a yeast infection. But after various treatment it did not go away. So I had a urine test and a swab test and they both came back normal. So I'm really worried and confused to what this could be now. I've never had a cut or a sore or anything on my penis. It seems like the only other thing it could be is herpes or hpv but I've been told by doctors that it's really unlikely. Just looking for some input my someone, thank you.
