What could I have?

Two weeks ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a sw in Guatemala. Last friday I started feeling some pain in my urehtra ando possibly my prostate. I took 200mg doxycyline ando 500 MG azythromicin. I had a genersl urine test done on monday. It came out clean. That same Say I took 1000 MG Cipro, which I repeated today. I don't have other symptoms, just they pain. Could it just be anxiety? What std could I have? What should I do now? The pain is still there. Thanks.

Agree with Life360, and have to say to stop taking these random antibiotics. The doses you're taking are wrong, Cipro doesn't cure any STDs, and they might give you false negative test results. Stop taking them for a few days and get tested. You may have to test again.

Your symptoms could be anxiety - there's no way to know, but you had unprotected sex, so you had a risk.

If you had unprotected vaginal sex with a sw, and your concerned about std,s, having uretha pain like a burning sensation would also have a white puss penis discharge. The white puss discharge is the main sign of an infection. If i were  you, i would see a doctor and get tested for all stds that can be contracted. Takeing the anti biotics may or may not hinder the test results.
