What could this be?

Hi

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend a week ago (i've only had sexual relationships with her for almost 4 years), and 2 days ago, i found out i had these:
- mildly burning sensation while peeing
- light fever for a day
- sore throat that has been ongoing
- A single pimple-like bum on the shaft, i did not pop it, but it is now a scab
- I checked my urine. It is light colored and foamy, but it does not smell foul

It is important to note that before this happened, I slept without clothes once, and i have not shaved my pubic hair .

What could this mean? STD, or just an infection?

Hi, the burning while urinating may suggest a simple UTI Best to have a doc check you out when it comes to genital issues.

Many thanks for the reply.

My girlfriend also seem to suggest the same because she has a burning sensation while peeing.

I remembered that when we had intercourse, i used my saliva as lube, and it was rushed, where after a long day of going out and eating etc, we had sex without cleaning up. Im guessing our unhygienic practice led to this infection.
