What disease have I contracted? I left 8 doctors stumped!

So a year and a half ago I got into a relationship with a stripper who seemed perfectly normal. We had unprotected sex for over 3 months.
At first I developed what looked like to be moliscontinguim, small red bumps right below my beltline above my genital area. They didn't hurt just made me feel really uncomfortable. I ended up removing them my self and they haven't returned. A few weeks later I noticed a dry patch of skin under my penis head, it became quite irritated durring sex as well. The dry patch went away after a few weeks but something weird happened next, my penis began developing small bumps that looked like forcide spots and also dark freckles around the shaft. That wasn't the worse part, soon my penis head began to ache and the skin started feeling different. More smooth but with tiny red bumps on the head (not pearly penile papuals) *altho I do have them. The color on my penis head began turning more of a greenish/blue color and it hurts a lot some more than other weeks. I've taken a urine and blood test on the palate of std screening at the doctors 4 times already and all test come back negative. I don't know what to do next or who to contact to help me figure out why I'm having this issue. Every doctor trys to tell me I'm fine but I assume it is bc they are to lazy to actually do their job and help me find out what is wrong.

These don't sound like STI symptoms.  The tiny red bumps and dry patch of skin sounds more like a dermatological issue, so you should try consulting with a dermatologist.
