What do I have?? Please Help!

I am a 33 year old male.  14 days ago I received un-protected oral from a masseuse.  Stupid on my part.  I am in a monogamous relationship and neither of us have had any other sexual contact with anyone for 9 years.

-No discharge
-Itching in the pubic area, mostly around the base of my penis, but not much on the shaft.
-The shaft and the head have felt raw off and on, but not constantly.
-The itching is not unbearable, but noticeable maybe 20% of the time, again not horrible, but enough to be aggravating.
-It is worse at night sometimes and has woke me up on occasion during the night.  I have not noticed any lesions.  The closest thing to a lesion was a slightly red area that looks kinda like dry skin.  It has not scabbed, bled, oozed, or anything.  At most just itched lightly in that same area off and on for about a week.  Seemed to have gone completely away several times for a day or half a day and then to begin itching lightly again in the same spot (about the size of a dime).
-Otherwise I have had light itching off and on, on my scrotum, shaft, head, and pubic area.  Again it is not persistent, just now and then.
-I have had some aggravation in my urethra near the head of my penis that also comers and goes.
-Sometimes it feels like someone is holding something cold on one side of the top of the head of my penis, almost like a soft pinch.
-again, no discharge, no constant pain, no constant itching, but some of those symptoms that have come and gone.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Come and go...not STD related, probably anxiety related.
