What is causing all these symptoms?

13 weeks ago I had an encounter with a sex worker. In my drunken state I stupidly performed unprotected oral on her and we had unprotected vaginal sex for a short period of time. Since then I have repeatedly tested negative for HIV, Hep B & C and Syphilis up to the 12 week point. The tests were antibody tests. My GP and health care professionals at the clinic have told me I have nothing to worry about and I would love to believe them, however I have felt extremely ill following my encounter and below is a list of all the symptoms I have experienced...
Malabsorption, Fatigue, Lack of concentration & poor memory, Weight loss & Muscle wastage, Joint aches, Hair loss on head, Public hair loss, Body hair loss, Aching testicles, Reduced testosterone level, Urine colour changes between cloudy white to very dark, Oral thrush, Facial sores around mouth.
I have had a number of other tests done which have come back clear including EBV and CMV. The only abnormality in my tests so far has been a raised hemoglobin level from my CBC test. My GP is really helpful but he is at a loss now so I thought I would reach out on here to see if anyone has had similar experiences or can advise me on what to do next. This has really affected my life and I haven't been able to work for a few weeks now due to my severe fatigue.
Any help would greatly appreciated.

it probably hasnt anything to do with your sexual encounter. maybe stress cause you think its related to the sexual thing? overthinking it, should try some anxiety meds, talk to a psychologist
