What is the cause of my burning sensation and pain in urethra?

I am 22 year old male having pain in the urethra that comes and goes throughout the day.  No lesions, rashes, discharge or burning while urinating.  However I do feel a burning sensation, some times along with the pain randomly.  Worried about a possible std from a female sw who gave me oral sex 2 day before symptoms started appearing.

Hi first of all no std symptoms appear 2 days later but takes aleast 4 to 5 days for the bacteria to multiply and eat at the urethra tissue to cause damage resulting is a white puss discharge. A white puss discharge and burning while urinating or itching inside your penis  are the real symptoms of std,s.

Thanks for the reply, sorry to clarify the burning sensation (not when urinating) started 2 days after the possible exposure and the off and on pain in the urethra 5 days after.  However no other symptoms.  I just find the timing of the pain to be worrisome even though I have none of the other symptoms you mentioned.
