Drank from strangers water bottle at gym.

Accidentally picked up wrong water bottle at gym. I took and gulp but realized it wasn't mine and didn't swallow it.
Water was in my mouth for 30 seconds or more until I spit it out in sink and rinsed my mouth out. Don't think I had any cuts in my mouth that I can remember. Can I get HIV from this event/exposure? Afraid and confused.

No you cannot. The virus will not practically be present in a meaningful infectious way in saliva to transfer on a drink bottle.

I'll give you the same answer I gave you on the HIV Prevention Forum.

You never had a risk and do not need to test. This is NOT how HIV is contracted.

You are totally safe.
