White bumps and red bump

I had 2 white bumps on tongue and 2 red bumps on side of neck(left side)
Is this symptoms of std

i forgot to mention that I had sore troat from last 3 days.

But I had a protected sex 10 days back with a woman she gave protected oral sex and vaginal sex. While doing vaginal sex my fluids came out but condom did not broked
